At Isura Flowers, every arrangement is handmade with care and crafted especially for you. Because our floral compositions are custom-prepared and perishable, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

We are a local artist-led business in Los Angeles, and each piece is created uniquely for the recipient. For this reason, we cannot resell or reuse items once they leave our studio.

Order Issues and Damages

Your satisfaction means everything to our studio. If there is ever an issue with your order upon delivery, such as damage during transit or receiving the wrong arrangement, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the arrangement in its current condition. We will review the piece and work with you to make it right by offering a replacement or a refund.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved for a damaged or incorrect order, the funds will be automatically credited back to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the transaction to your account.
